Bokini (known as Missoghi in the Japanese Dub) was the seaport town controlled by Catherine Nakata. It was also the coastal town surrounding the "Kingdom".
History[]
The seaside town of Bokini had a seaport from which it did business. The seaport had a factory on it where the researcher's Catherine and Manson developed an all purpose metallic fiber, with the help of the Baron Mayor.[1]
Due to Catherine and Manson's separation, The seaport factory was transformed into Catherine's private Kingdom of Bokini. It was built as a sanctuary for women only.
Carmen, Wendy, Priscilla and Yukiko all infiltrate the kingdom to capture the Queen.
The Queen does business with Fasalina, selling her an important item for her Comrade's dream.
The Kingdom eventually collapsed due to Ray's tunneling underneath it in Volkein.[1] The nearby town of Bokini remained intact though.[2]
Catherine would move in Manson in his residence in the Town of Bokini. Van and Carmen would learn vital information from Catherine regarding the location where Fasalina came from. [2]
Environs[]
The town of Bokini was built on the coast, with the seaport later becoming the private kingdom of Bokini.
The kingdom itself was similar to a seaside resort, complete with statues, a pool and spa-like accommodation. The Queen could watch over the arena from a pedestal. The arena housed an assault course used to test the physical strength of the participants.
The town itself had a plethora of shops, catering to all different needs. It also had a bank and Manson's residence.
